CL Consulting is led by Christian Louis, a Senior Finance Officer and Company Secretary with over seven years of experience across IFRS-compliant financial reporting, MRA statutory compliance, payroll, and multi-entity accounting — including hands-on experience at a listed public company.
We work bilingually in English and French, reflecting how Mauritius actually does business, and we price transparently because guesswork and hidden fees erode trust.

Christian Louis
Managing Director
Christian Louis is the Founder and Managing Director of Louis Corporate Services Ltd (trading as CL Consulting). With close to ten years of experience in accounting, tax, and corporate services, he supports SMEs and entrepreneurs with reliable, professional financial guidance. A Registered Tax Agent with the Mauritius Revenue Authority, Christian has overseen the finances and compliance of more than 50 entities across listed companies, global business corporations, and non-profits. He is known for his clarity, responsiveness, and commitment to delivering accurate, timely, and genuinely useful work.
